The annual report provides a comprehensive look at the current state of technology in senior living, spotlighting top challenges and breakthrough opportunities identified by more than 1,000 senior executives and technology leaders. While funding and interoperability remain persistent barriers, the industry is rapidly advancing in its embrace of AI tools and co-innovation strategies that hold promise for transforming resident care and operational efficiency.
